- hand-picked single vineyard Gin-Gin chardonnay grapes from 3 Oceans Margaret River Estate
- the Gin-Gin clone is known for its richness and ability to retain natural acidity when ripe
- grapes were whole bunch pressed and then wild fermented in French oak barriques, 60% new, matured for 9 months in barrel
- aroma marries the lightly toasted and minerally new oak characters with lemony, white nectarine fruit characters of the chardonnay
- the flavours flow onto the palate which is mouth-filling with creamy oak characters and crunchy salty acidity and very long finish
- colour will deepen into golden hues as wine ages
