The Shiraz grapes for this wine were hand selected from a very best blocks of Shiraz located in the renowned region of Frankland River. Following ferments of the separate batches of fruit.
The result is a wine with great intensity and fruit expression, hallmarks of cool climate Shiraz. Mouth filling blackberry and dark cherry fruit is nuanced with spicy notes of liquorice and pepper. The fruit weight and velvety mouthfeel of this wine encourages immediate drinking, but the structure will allow for mid-term cellaring.
