Our late harvest Sauvignon Blanc was harvested in an exceptional year for producing riper fruit necessary for this style, with consistently warm conditions throughout summer and autumn. The grapes were harvested in pristine condition with no disease pressure, leading to intense varietal purity and vibrant natural acidity. Passionfruit and ripe guava aromas entice and flow onto a viscous and mouth-filling palate of tropical and citrus fruits lifted by a fine mineral saline edge.
